If you still haven´t read Breaking Dawn, DO NOT READ THIS!!

Breaking Dawn is split into 3 separate parts.

Part 1.

Bella gets married goes on a honeymoon with Edward, which they spend on a private island off the coast of Brazil. Two weeks later, Bella realizes that she is pregnant and her life is in danger. After talking to Carlisle Cullen, who confirms her pregnancy, the couple immediately return home to Forks.

Edward, so worried for Bella's life and convinced that the baby will be a monster as it continues to develop with unnatural rapidity, pleades to her to have an abortion. However, Bella feels a strong connection with the child and does not want this at all.

Part 2.

The second part is written from the perspective of Jacob Black, and lasts throughout Bella's pregnancy and also the birth of the child. Jacob's wolf gang are worried that the child will put everyone in danger and plan to kill him or her and also Bella. Jacob protests of course this decision and he leaves the gang, and goes on associating with Leah and Seth Clearwater.

When Bella gives birth, the baby breaks many of her bones and she loses a lot of blood. The only way to save her is to turn her into a vampire. Edward does this by injecting venom straight into her heart. Jacob us also present during this dramatic scene and a strange thing happens. He has an involuntary response that convince him he has found his soulmate, that is, the newborn baby girl called Renesmee (Rene from Bella's mom, Esmee from Esmee Cullen).

Part 3

The third part of Breaking Dawn goes back to Bella's perspective, finding her changed into a vampire and enjoying her new life. However, one of the Volturi misidentifies Renesmee as an "immortal child", a child who has been turned into a vampire. These "immortal children" are uncontrollable, and that's why creating them has been banned by the Volturi.
The Volturi plans to kill Renesmee and all of the Cullens and there is a battle.
The Volturi finally discover that they have been misinformed and immediately kill Irina for her mistakes.
